When is the right time to start looking for my next rental home?

That question will have different answers depending on where you are around the country, but in our neck of the woods here in the Superior Wi, Duluth Mn area, you’ll want to start looking as soon as you can. For families looking, it’s best to try to get in before the College Students grab the best houses, and for those of you seeking higher education, start looking early, because you know your peers will be.

It’s already late in the season. Can I still find a good rental home?

In general, the longer you wait, the harder it’s going to be to find a really great rental. The best properties are often snatched up in the heat of the season, however, there are often a few gems that get buried in the shuffle. These can still be found weeks or even months after the initial rush.
